Where are my creations saved?

On your device, in the app’s private storage. They are not uploaded to us. Use Save to Photos if you want a copy in your photo library — that copy then follows your own phone backup settings.

I reinstalled the app and my gallery is empty

Local creations are removed when the app is deleted. Purchases and credits are restored with Restore purchases, and saved trends come back if you have an account.

A creation failed — was I charged?

No. Credits are returned automatically when a creation fails on our side.
