Using VYYNA
VYYNA lets you recreate popular visual formats using your own photos. You need to be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.
Your content
You must have the right to use every photo you upload. If a photo shows another person, you must have their consent. You keep ownership of what you create.
Creations are kept for 30 days and then deleted permanently. They are not stored inside the app, so if you want to keep something, save it to your photo library before the 30 days are up. Once a creation is deleted — by you, because its 30 days have passed, or because you deleted your account — it cannot be recovered by you or by us.
Deleting your account deletes every creation immediately. Your account itself can be restored by signing in again within 30 days, and your credits come back with it; your creations do not.
What is not allowed
- Sexual content involving real people who have not consented, or involving minors.
- Impersonating someone in a way designed to deceive or harm.
- Forging documents, identities or official records.
- Content that infringes someone else’s rights.
Credits
Credits are purchased through the app store and are consumed when you create. They are charged once and never expire — there is no subscription and nothing renews. If a creation fails for a reason on our side, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.
Trends
VYYNA recreates the concept of a popular format using original recipes and your own media. We do not copy, host or redistribute anyone else’s videos, audio or images.
