Delete your account

You can delete your VYYNA account and its data at any time. The fastest route is inside the app: Profile → Account → Delete account.

Straight away, and permanently

Every creation you have made is deleted from storage the moment you confirm, and cannot be recovered — not by you, and not by us. This happens even if you change your mind afterwards. Save anything you want to keep to your photo library before you delete your account.

You are also signed out on every device.

For 30 days, you can change your mind

Your account, your email address, your name, your credits and your saved trends are kept for 30 days. Sign in again within those 30 days and all of it comes back — except the creations, which are already gone.

After 30 days it is destroyed for good. Nobody can bring the account back at that point, including us, and the email address is free to be used again.

What is kept, and why

• Purchase and credit records, anonymised where possible, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Only want to delete your creations?

You can do that without closing your account, from Profile → Privacy → Delete my creations. Creations are deleted automatically after 30 days in any case, so save anything you want to keep to your photo library.

Write to support@vyyna.com from the address on the account. We will confirm within 30 days.
